GENERAL ADMISSION: $25 PER PERSON

Join us at Sullivan County Golf Club for Monster Mash — a family-friendly Halloween celebration on the golf course, all while supporting our SCGC Junior Membership Program!
Your $25 General Admission ticket includes:
- DJ & music
- Movies on the Green
- Trunk or Treat
- Pumpkin decorating
- Donut eating contest
- Fall & Halloween activities
- Light bites
- Soft drinks
We’ll have plenty happening throughout the evening for kids, families, and anyone looking for a fun way to celebrate Halloween!
All proceeds from Monster Mash support the SCGC Junior Membership Program, helping make golf more accessible to local kids and giving them the opportunity to get outside, learn the game, and spend time on the course.
ADOPT A TRUNK!
We’re looking for local businesses, SCGC members, families, friends, and community organizations to join our Trunk or Treat! There is no cost to participate — just decorate your trunk, bring individually wrapped candy or treats, and come ready for some Halloween fun. We’ll even have a trunk decorating contest!
One Adopt a Trunk ticket = one participating vehicle.
SPONSOR THE MONSTER MASH
We’re also looking for local businesses and community members who would like to sponsor the event. Sponsorships help us bring Monster Mash to life while directly supporting our Junior Membership Program and the next generation of golfers in our community.

All events take place at Sullivan County Golf Club in Liberty, NY. Pre-registration and a completed liability waiver are required for all participants.

Event Guidelines
Structured Events Designed for Growth
Our events range from introductory free clinics for beginners to structured skill-building sessions for active junior golfers. Each event takes place at Sullivan County Golf Club and provides hands-on practice in a friendly, encouraging environment.
Launch Event
September 5th Free Golf Clinic
Kick off the program with our special free clinic for local kids. Participants receive introductory coaching, range time, and an opportunity to learn more about junior membership.
Participation Requirement
Mandatory Etiquette & Safety Session
To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, every junior golfer must participate in at least one structured clinic before gaining unsupervised course playing privileges.
